- You are responsible for changing the password and securing the account after delivery.
- AXA4 does not guarantee continued access if the account is flagged or banned by the game publisher for prior activity.
- You agree not to engage in any activity that violates the terms of service of the respective game.
4. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use our platform for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to chargeback or dispute a valid transaction fraudulently.
- Resell accounts purchased from AXA4 without our written consent.
- Use automated systems to access or scrape our website.
- Impersonate AXA4 or any of its staff members.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on axa4.com including design, text, graphics, and code is the property of AXA4. Game names, logos, and trademarks referenced on this site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

AXA4 is not liable for:
- Account bans or restrictions imposed by game publishers after delivery.
- Loss of progress, items, or currency within a purchased account.
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our platform.
7. Payments
All transactions are processed securely via Stripe. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. AXA4 does not store payment card information.
8. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Please review it before purchasing.
